Who are we looking for?
We are looking for hard working high performing heating or air conditioning engineers and or HVAC business people wishing to operate their own engineering territory employing suitably qualified engineers. You must have enthusiasm and drive along with the determination to succeed and enjoy dealing with people. This is a business where you have to be able to go the extra mile to provide the level of service and performance that our clients have come to expect.
To succeed in this post you will be an established engineer with a City and Guilds 2078 certificate or from within the HVAC market looking for a fresh challenge. You will have a proven track record of success (air conditioning ideally) but suitable proffesional candidates with a HVAC background will also be considered. You will have had much success winning new business accounts and will be keen to establish yourself on the area.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing, selling, installing, commissioning or servicing high value air conditioning systems including air handling units, rooftop units, split systems, VRF and chillers along with other associated HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Candidates from other commercial and industrial areas of the HVAC arena will also be strongly considered however non engineers requiring a territory must be willing to employ qualified engineers with City and Guilds 2078 to enter negotiations and to join our industry mandatory registration bodies REFCOM and ACRIB. A dpac franchise is an exclusive operational territory for engineers to own their own business within the HVAC sector.
