dpac have spent several months developing their engineering franchisee training program and operations manual.

It has been designed to consider somebody with or without previous heating or air conditioning background and give them the required skills and knowledge to operate their own dpac franchise.

Initial training.

This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as dpac within your exclusive territory.
The initial training takes place over two full days with dpac UK Ltd and the training covers the following areas.

1. Air conditioning overview and the market place
2. Setting up your dpac business
3. Running your dpac business
4. Sales and marketing for your dpac business
5. Maximizing income for you dpac business.
6. Administration for your dpac business
7. Reporting for your dpac business
8. On the job training for your dpac business

Ongoing bespoke training.

Once you have had your initial training from dpac UK Ltd it just doesn’t stop there. Ongoing internal bespoke training is available to you at any time. Of course external training by a third party would be at an additional cost and we do have authorized training partners for such activities should you require it based on their ongoing recommendations?

We are committed to the success of all our franchisees and feel that our training, support and backup are key features of our franchise offering.

We also travel to our supplier’s production facilities for hands on product training and combine this with a franchise networking meeting mainly in mainland Europe.

Ongoing support

As mentioned above ongoing training is available at any time. dpac also provides comprehensive telephone and email support too. This ensures you are never left on your own and support is available whenever you need it
